Jeff Trudeau is the Vice President, Chief Information Officer and Chief Security Officer at Chime, the largest fintech neobank. He focuses on applying risk management to the company’s business strategy to deliver positive business results with effective risk posture and highly effective security capabilities. Jeff has over 25 years of security leadership experience in financial services, fintech, healthcare, consulting, and security software startups. Prior to Chime, Jeff served as Chief Security Officer at Credit Karma where he was responsible for protecting over 100 million members and their data, and was instrumental in leading the company to acquisition. Previously, he served as Chief Information Security Officer at Sutter Health, Director of Information Security and National Leader of Identity & Access Management at Kaiser Permanente, and held leadership roles at Aveksa, KPMG, Netegrity, and UBS.  He currently serves as a Governing Body Co-Chair at Evanta and an advisor to several venture capital firms and security startups.  Jeff holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from California State University Northridge. He is a certified CISM, HCISPP.
